Master Spas - Disappointed that my spa was faulty from factory
So extremely disappointed! As a surprise Christmas present I ordered my Master Spa through a fabulous dealer in MA. Although I was promised it would arrive before Christmas, it did not.....
My electrician prepared the required wiring to meet my town's code and when the spa was delivered on 12/31 we did the final electrical hook up and had it inspected. It was approved so the filling began.
Started filling it and within 1 minute the water was leaking out of the spa. We stopped filling and when we took off the side panels we could clearly see that a tube was not connected and the spray foam was clearly removed in the section near the disconnected tube.
If my spa was inspected at the factory how did this leak not get found. If it happened in transit then why was there an area of spray foam missing. I have photos attached to show the area where the spray foam was missing and the tube that was not connected.
After spending this much money on a spa I am saddened that this has happened and due hope the Master Spa will provide something (accessories) to off set this issue.
Thank you
