I purchased a master spa and I have had nothing but problems.I told them I was building a new house and I had these "warrantees" that apparently expired the minute I moved the hot tub 6 months after I purchased it.

EVERY part has been replaced, no warrantees because of every reason in the world. no return calls from my dealer. At a cost of over $11,000 - I should have just put in a new pool with heat.

Even the cover that had a warrantee didn't apply.

I ordered that too because it was a bad cover.

good luck...

I paid over $5,000 in repairs already within the last 3 years.northing is cheap on this waste of money.
