Customer service closes at noon on Thursday and doesn't open back up until Monday! I've seen cutomer service lines that are open 24/7 for electric toothbrushes!
My $26,000 MP Force D is sitting outside in subfreezing temps and cooling down because a heater is not working properly. Just a matter of time until the plumbing freezes if it has not already. (It will have a building built around it soon but the contractor is delayed) We had to place the spa before the walls went up.,Called customer service to get a technician out here and was transferred to an answering service and told they may be busy and not answer the phone right away. Had to leave a message!
Spa curtain was also damaged in setting the Spa in place. No one as of yet has come back to fix it.
For $26,000 you would think they'd have a rep come out to insure everything is working correctly etc.
Still waiting for a response in Ligonier, Indiana.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: Customer service, Post sale customer service.
