Hi David! Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, due to the fact that you are not the original purchaser of the spa the warranty is void. However, Ryan in our customer service department has sent you an email with a servicer in your area who would be able to replace that touch pad for you. Hope this helps!

pad works but you cannot see any icons.pushing in the is 6 months old but i bought the house with the spa.any chance of getting a discount on a new touch repair guy said these are new style and have their is a twilight model 8000.i think part no. is in 1813734.thanks.dave
