Scott Witter is a used car salesman. Promises, promises, promises.....until you give him your credit card and drive away. We were told it was a brand new hot tub. I think it was the floor model due to the scuffs and scratches on the edges. We also noted a large crack in the outer casing around the pump and hardware. We were promised it would be cleaned and buffed before we received it. We were told the cracked outer shell would be replaced prior to delivery. We were told we "needed" to have it delivered the next week because they didn't want to bring any inventory back with them to Oregon and the delivery people will contact us. We drained and unhooked our old hot tub. We didn't receive any phone calls. My credit card was charged for a hot tub we had not yet received. I called Scott after a week, Scott lied and told me the delivery people were trying to get a hold of me. He gave me their number to call them and they had no record of me or the hot tub. It was no fault of the delivery drivers, they are just contracted by Master Spas. Finally negotiated a time for the delivery people to deliver the hot tub. When we got it we were soooo disappointed!!!! It was filthy! Apparently it was stored outside without a cover. All the scratches still there. The cracked corner piece was replaced like promised but was replaced with a panel that doesn't even belong to this model of hot tub!!! It doesn't match at all!!! What has happened to customer service??? Scott was bragging about all the ratings being A+ with the better business bureau. Really????? I am an average middle class American and $5000.00 is a lot of money to pay for anything, let alone a product that does not meet my expectations. I was also told this was a medical grade hot tub. I have had a few hot tubs in the past and was using them on a daily basis. This hot tub is below average. We paid way too much for a product that was substandard.

18 months ago we purchased a Twilight Series Master Spa - before we read all the negative reviews. So, I was nervous.

But we've only experienced great things! Delivered on time by friendly, knowledgeable people. The spa works great and is used almost daily. Our 5 grandchildren use it weekly and stay in for 1-2 hours (we lower the temp, of course).

All the jets are powerful and working well. We live on an island and were warned that if we had a problem, no one would return our calls. In the first week I had a problem, it turns out I hadn't read the manual correctly, and I left messages with two people.

Both returned my calls that day. So, we are completely happy with our experience with Master Spa.

My husband and I went to a "spa" show at the Expo center in Portland Oregon. It was a joke and very misleading.

The sales techniques were like a bunch of used car salesman.

I wouldn't recommend working with this company. It was a waste of our time and money to drive down there.

What a joke of a show in Portland oregon. Planned my day, took time to attend and all they had was a small amount of tubs and swim spas only.

No outdoor living spaces or related items / displays . Paid 8.00 for parking and was out of there in 5 minutes.

TV commercial was mis-leading. Disappointed and a waste of my time.

Just returned from this spa show at the Pomona Fairplex. I heard an ad on the radio and the show seemed like perfect timing since we're in the market. I did notice that no name brands are mentioned in the ad or on the site, and when we arrived at the the show I found this was a Master Spas show. Very disappointing

Half of the spas have "sold" signs on them. I'm guessing this helps encourage other shoppers to jump in and buy.

We spoke to 2 sales people and although their ad mentions huge savings for a quality spa, our experience was that they kept comparing their spas and parts they use to Jacuzzi brand.

When we finally got a price, the price was comparable to the Jacuzzi tub we liked but without the trusted name brand and a without the Jacuzzi warranty.

Beware of the hard sales tactics. So disappointed that we drove out and paid for parking and ended up with no name brand spa options.

We bought a "new" spa during the Kent, WA show at the Showare Center. The spa was wrapped in shrink wrap so you couldn't visibly see the entire resin surface.

When it was delivered there were (5) deep gouges on the control side. We took pictures and called them. They told is that we bought an "as-is" spa on the floor. They did not disclose the damage at the show, but concealled it with the shrink wrap.

They will not let you talk to anyone in management when you call their business.

There is no customer service once they get your money!!! BEWARE!!!

I had a problem replacing my inlet suction cover which was broken at the bottom of the steps. Master Spa will not sell me a direct replacement and that I would have to go with a different type.

I would have to flip the spa on its side and basicly replace all 3 inlet suction fittings.

Do you know how much a 8 foot by 17 foot spa weights and I would need a crain like that to move it. You just can do that and the weight would probable crack the spa being on its side.

So I replace their cheep covers with Stainless steel fittings that I bought off of E-bay for about $14 apeice and replace them all and it only cost me about $45 dollars to replace all 3 covers instead of the pain I would have to go through.
