We purchased a Twilight series hot tub in Nov 2015. Immediate problems--waterfall leaked.

Dealer worked hard to fix but the water level continued to drop 1/2 to 1 inch daily. After thorough going over by the dealer, SEVEN leaks were found. Pictures were taken, all documentation done and submitted to Master Spas. No resolution as of Feb17-almost 3 months after purchase!

Yesterday we were told the man who makes these decisions is on vacation. We don't want to write the words we are thinking that describes how we feel about Master Spas who manufactured and sold a leaky hot tub.

Product or Service Mentioned: Master Spas Hot Tub.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Replace tub.

I didn't like: Post sale customer service.
